BNS Consultancy provides travel consultancy services including but not limited to: visa application assistance, airport pickup, car rentals, hotel reservations, tourism packages, passport assistance, job recruitment, package collection, nurse recruitment, and electrical training. All services are subject to availability and applicable fees.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when applying for any service. BNS Consultancy shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
BNS Consultancy assists with the preparation and submission of visa applications. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. BNS Consultancy cannot guarantee visa approval and will not be held responsible for visa refusals.
Service fees are communicated clearly before any commitment is made. Fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
BNS Consultancy treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share personal data with third parties except where required for the delivery of services (e.g., embassy submissions, hotel bookings, airline ticketing).
BNS Consultancy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: visa refusals, flight cancellations, hotel issues, or delays caused by third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
